Design Brief

You will be working with a client for this project so anything that you design will need to be what your client wants and needs.

To find out what you client wants, you will need to ask them.

A questionnaire is a good way of structuring the questions for you client. You can then send them the questions via a Google Form or visit them and ask them in person.

Task 1- Questionnaire

Types of Questions

Open Questions

The answer that you receive from an open question is normally in the person’s own words.

You would ask the question and give a few lines for the person to write on.

Open questions have the following characteristics :-

  • They ask the respondent to think and reflect.
  • They will give you opinions and feelings.
  • They hand control of the conversation to the person being questioned.

Example :- What kind of film do you enjoy watching?

  • They keep control of the conversation with the questioner.

Some starting points are here but you must add specific things from your interview with your client.
