What you also need to do is to ask the customers of the cafe to get their opinions and points of view.

Task

• Produce a Google Form to collect information from the customers in the cafe.
• You will be the one filling in the form as you ask the customers the questions verbally.
• Make sure you ask the questions of a range of customers from the cafe.
• Present your findings in the form of statistics, overviews, graphs etc
• Write an overview outlining what the main findings were from the customers of the cafe.
• What are their needs and how will the design work affect them.
