Art History Inspired

The main idea behind this piece was to create some inspired art. I was trying to show some of Rene Magritte's themes along with Amy Sherald's selective color. This was made using a little bit of pen, some fine-tipped markers, and some regular markers for the color. At first, I wanted to show scenery inside of an old-fashioned wardrobe, but when I looked for reference images I realized that I was not going to be able to do that and be happy with the piece, so I changed to just a regular closet. I then decided that I would not do a whole landscape of nature but rather just some components while still including clouds and making sure to use my colors selectively.
