Surrealism 

The main Idea that guided my artwork was to create a collage with 3 layers then transfer it onto canvas paper and paint it.  I wanted the flower to be like the main part of my artwork and add different things in the background. 

The materials I used for this artwork were a 2H pencil and acrylic paint. I started with tracing my collage with the 2H pencil then I went in with acrylic paint. 

I started off by tracing my collage with the 2H pencil. It was a bit hard to trace every single detail, especially the letters because the pictures were layered and the light was not bright enough to show the letters. Then I went in with the acrylic paint. After tracing I started off with the ombre background and worked my way up.
