For these pieces, I simply drew what the prompts told me to. None of these have any deeper meanings. My still life is my favorite because I think it looks the most realistic. I feel the shading was done very well with how it gets lighter as it goes upwards. My room corner is my second favorite. I feel that it could have been better if I had shaded, but I didn't know how to without destroying the piece. My least favorite is my self-portrait. I drew the eyes way too far apart, so it looks dumb. I haven't ever been good at self-portraits, so I'm not surprised.

For all three of these pieces, I used graphite pencils and paper. I used a variety of pencils to shade the drawings to give them depth.

For making these pieces I started by looking at the object and drawing the outline. For example, I drew the outline of the toy apple first. After that, I began to draw the details in. For example, I drew the posters after the edges of the corner. Finally, I drew the lines darker and shaded. For example, I colored into the glasses last in my self-portrait.
