Surrealism Collage

The main idea of this piece was to use my collage as an inspiration to create an painting using acrylic paint. I think that I did a good job creating a surrealist collage and painting. Although there are still things that you can see that are different, you can still tell the inspiration.

For my painting I used acrylic paint on canvas. For my collage i cut out paper from magazines and glued them onto a piece of paper.

I started my creating a collage using magazine cutouts. Then, I glued these pieces onto a piece of paper to create my reference for my painting. I started my painting the background of white, red, blue, and purple. I them drew Joe Biden and the Queen. After this I drew Bill Clinton in the bottom left corner. I finished it off by drawing trump in the top left.
