The main idea for this project was to create something with a 4 x 5 grid of circles, it could be anything. I knew I wanted to do something colorful and with zentangles. I wanted to do a checkered pattern with the colors and the white and black circles. I also knew I wanted to do a different type of design in every one. I also thought it would be cool to come up with an interesting background like using more little dots to bring more color into it and to add more to the whole circle idea.

I used gel pens and sharpie and drawing paper

The process I used was first coming up with an idea which actually took me a lot longer than I thought it would. Then I figured out my circle size and then figured out my plan for colors and designs wihin the cirlces. I used a lot of bright colors and used a lot of different patterns within each circle. I dotted the whole backround with different colors after I was done with the main circles. I wanted to use contrasting colors to make everything pop more and I really think it came out ok.
