Beautiful Oops 

The main idea for this project was to create something off a random blob of ink. Right when I saw this blob of ink I thought of a jellyfish right away. Jellyfish always stand out to me because of how much I love them. The blob is originally the head of the blue/purple jellyfish. This year one of my goals is to create all sea themed projects. 

There were so many materials I used for this project including the blob of ink. I used Colored pencils, fine-line pens, oil pastels, and Sharpie. Because I used so many materials I would just call it Mixed Midea. 

This is one of my favorite projects of all year. I really enjoy having the creative freedom to create something out of nothing.  Once I saw that original blob and I made the original jellyfish I knew I wanted to add many more. I tried making another blob with oil pastel and I realized I didn't like how that looks with colored pencil. After that, I started making blobs with sharpie and colored pencils instead. Once I finished all the jellyfish I added a seahorse and a piece of coral. I feel like this made the space more filled. I also wish I added more of a background because I still feel like it looks empty, but overall I really enjoyed creating this.
