Beautiful Oops

I chose to draw a cannon shooting cannon balls. At first I was stuck and I had no idea what to draw, I wanted to find paper with the ink that was more circular so it would be more simple. I found this piece of paper. I did not know what I would draw on it, until I thought more and the idea came up to me right away. 

The materials I used for this was india ink, colored pencils. I used red, yellow, orange neon color pencils for the fire out of the cannon, and black, blue, and green,  gray, brown regular color pencils. A sheet of white watercolor paper. 

At first I was kind of doubting the idea of making this before I started it, during when I was making it I thought it was a good idea. The cannon I made up the design in my head. I kinda regret not looking up images because there was a lot of experimenting when trying to draw the right cannon. I used the color pretty basically. I made a regular blue background with grass on the ground and a basic wall.
