Reflection
Overall, everyone in our group gave equally to our effort. My work ethic was primarily on display because I finished the majority of the project's tasks. Secondly, by creating our classification system designs and sub-functions, I performed a terrific job of using my creative thinking. I was excellent in these areas, but I had trouble talking to my team. We occasionally struggled to complete our projects or began working on the same ones simultaneously. We were a little behind schedule as well, so our time management was poor.
