Communication is an important for all of us in the world because it the main tool that we use between each other. It's an important skill to students because it allows the students to collaborate between each other while getting their point across. Communication is also a way that we can express how we are feeling on a day to day basis to each other, so we know how you are feeling. As a society we have great communication skills but at the same time there are areas where we need to improve in our communication skills.
Check in within yourself throughout the day, and with others on how they are feeling. Provide them with help if they want to be helped, but don't force help on to them
