*STUDY WEEK - NO CLASS*

POST CLASS REFLECTION - INDIVIDUAL PROGRESS

The study week was welcome as it gave me sometime to finally catch up on outstanding work that I was behind in. I did manage to finish the Porter's Five Forces component, though Kieran advised I should condense it dramatically as I would be going over time with what I had written. My half of the SWOT analysis was also complete, however I found it difficult to understand why Cody couldn't do his part in less than an hour as he had such a small percentage of the workload and only needed to write like 6 sentences in total. I had originally agreed to do it with him so he understood but he said he could do it himself...it wasn't sent to us until two days later.

POST CLASS REFLECTION - GROUP DYNAMICS

So we managed to get the Zoom calls in, they just weren't on schedule as we had planned. The first Zoom call was our planning and collating call, Cody was absent with excuse and informed the rest of us he can record his assigned parts. This is where we planned the visuals for Project 1, agreed to send our vocals individually to Jack for editing and the creation of the video (Jack was given less to write as he was creating the video) and due to Cody absence, Kieran volunteered to complete the recap that Cody had been previously given.

We collectively agreed that Cody would share the workload of one of the topics I was assigned to, the SWOT analysis. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to attend the second Zoom call, but neither was Cody. Kieran relayed to me later that the second Zoom call was solely focused on the visuals for the video.
