Parris Goebel is originally from New Zealand. She is a self-taught dancer who learned how to dance by following music video dances. Goebel dropped out of school at 15 to pursue her career in dance. She worked her way from the ground up and founded her own dance company in 2009 called the Palace Dance Crew.
One of the first global names Parris Goebel worked with was Jennifer Lopez. She choreographed JLo's "Goin' In" music video in 2012 as well as JLo's Superbowl Halftime show in 2020. Goebel has also choreographed all of Rihanna's Savage X Fenty fashion shows. Other famous artists she's worked with include Justin Bieber, Shakira, and Janet Jackson. Not only has Goebel worked with celebrities, but she has formed numerous dance crews such as ReQuest, Sorority, Bubblegum, and the Royal Family through her Palace Dance Crew Studio.
"Sorry (PURPOSE: The Movement)" sung by Justin Bieber and choreographed by Parris Goebel was a massive hit. It's view count currently is at 3.7 billion.
Parris Goebel leads many dance crews, such as ReQuest and The Royal Family. The Royal Family is most well known as they frequently appear on dance competitions and perform with A-List celebrities.
