These girls were around the age of 8-15 and. Dance moms is a reality tv show that began streaming in 2011. The Abby Lee Dance Company, originally established as a nonprofit 35 years ago, aimed to provide talented and committed young dancers with the chance to learn from leading dance instructors and compete with other skilled youth nationwide. For 30 successful years, it served as the resident competition team at The Maryen Lorrain Dance Studio in Pittsburgh, PA.
The Dance called “Amber Alert” was a dance done by a company called ALDC. This dance was done at a national dance competition in 2013 in Los Angeles California. The issue there are trying to address is kidnapping and how kidnapping affect families. They story they convey is about a young girl that is kidnapped from a park at later found dead.
These dancers and this specific dance is worth noting because its bring ups a very serious in such a beautiful interact dance. Every single move was worth noting and had a meaning to step they took. From the begging I could instantly get that feeling that this dance was gonna be about something serious and the story line was very clear.
A couple challenges they faced were how do they tell the story of a girl getting kidnapped with dance and no words. Other challenge that they faced was how do they show a very sensitive matter in a dance with still respecting kids who have got kidnapped. They won the national championship during this year for there good story telling with this dance .
