CSCB, CACD and NRCS are pooling resources to support this event at minimal cost to participants. All meals and lodging are covered for up to 5 leaders from each Watershed Association. This includes Watershed Officers, CACD directors, CSCB reps or any up and coming leaders within the watershed.
Ray Ledgerwood, of Boardworks by Ledgerwood, is a very dynamic educator and will facilitate the Leadership training. Ray is a native of Eastern Washington and graduate of WSU with a B.S. Degree in Agricultural Mechanization and minor in Business Administration. He has worked with conservation districts and their associations since 1979 including working as SCC’s Eastern Washington regional manager and working for the National Association of Conservation Districts as the Pacific Region Representative, the Director of Capacity Building Services and the Director of Leadership Services. Ray contracts his services and support to conservation districts and partners throughout the United States.
