To maintain "District in Good Standing" status, all Conservation Districts must electronically file the following documents through the E-filing system:
General Fund Budgets (and attachments)
District Elections - Odd Years
You can file these forms by logging into your account via the Division of Local Government’s homepage directly at: https://dola.colorado.gov/account-login
Please note that while the "Official Contact" account holder can share access with other staff members, there is only one primary account. We strongly recommend recording this login information in your Continuity of Operations documents to ensure continued access during personnel transitions.
