They will create, rehearse, improvise, and perform music for a range of audiences and contexts, while developing stagecraft and presentation techniques to effectively communicate through performance. Students will explore various musical styles and genres, learning how musicians contribute to cultural expression and challenge ideas at local, national, and international levels. The course also introduces key skills in music theory, composition, and basic sound production.
