Step 1: send your job to the printer queue

1. Log in to the Smith computer using your Smith username and password.

2. Access the document you need to print.

3. Choose File > Print in an application (e.g. Word, Google Doc). 

4. Select your desired print queue from the list:
     FollowMe-BW to print at a black and white printer
     FollowMe-Color to print at a color printer

5. Select the number of copies, paper size, and orientation.

6. You will be prompted for your Network username and password. Enter your Smith login credentials without @smith.edu after your username.

7. Select OK. Your print job should now be queued. 

Step 2: release your print job

1. Go to one of the available printer locations.

2. Select a color or black and white printer based on the print queue you selected earlier.

3. Tap your Smith OneCard on the card reader*

4. On the printer control panel, select the document(s) to release.
