Troubleshooting

Sometimes updating requires uninstalling the older Zoom version and installing the newest version. This can happen when trying to update using Windows or older machines, or when trying to update very outdated versions of Zoom. Instructions for various operating systems are outlined below. If you are still experiencing difficulties after installing the app, please submit a Help Ticket.
