How to access, manage, download, and delete your Zoom recordings from your account page.

Accessing Recordings

1. Go to https://smith.zoom.us and select Sign In.

2. Select Recordings from the menu on the left.

Pro tip: access your recordings directly at https://smith.zoom.us/recording.

Downloading Recordings

1. After accessing your recordings (see above), select More > Download. This will download the recording files to your local computer. Once downloaded to your computer, you can upload them to your Google Drive and then delete them from your computer.

Note: If downloading in Chrome, you may get a pop-up asking if you would like to allow multiple file downloads. Select Allow.

Deleting Recordings

You should regularly review and delete recordings when they are no longer needed.

1. After accessing your recordings (see above), select More > Delete.

2. Alternatively, select the Trash icon from the recording details page.

Deleted recordings are moved to the Trash. Zoom will automatically empty your trash and permanently delete these recordings after 30 days.

Deleted recordings can be recovered (before 30 days) by navigating to the Trash and selecting Recover.
