Witness Statement Revision Workshop

What you need to do today

  1. Read over/look at/listen to the feedback on your rubric and on your witness statement. What looks like it needs revising?
  2. Fill out this form at least twice. We recommend you fill it out three times. You'll get to choose four areas to work on your revision time today: body paragraphs, thesis statement, intro paragraphs, and concluding paragraphs. Based on the areas you need to revise your witness statement, read the example paragraphs (with common problems from your drafts) linked below and complete the form from step 1 two or three times.
  3. When you're done with step two, you should head off and revise your witness statement.

    • Yes, there were plagiarism issues in your rough drafts.
  • You must submit your final draft by 5pm at Ms Press's office hours Monday or you will not be allowed to testify in the trial. This deadline is not negotiable.
