2023:
Entry will be via Fabian4 this year. There is no Entry On the Day. Place numbers are limited to 125. Last year we sold out so please enter early to avoid disappointment. Sandwiches are provided in the pub at the end. Please buy your own drinks and stay for a social catch up, 

The route is partially marked and runners should not take short cuts. Runners MUST follow the main tourist path (stone steps) up to the summit of Sugar Loaf to limit erosion. This race is suitable for road runners wanting to try fell racing for the first time. Be aware that the weather in November can be harsh and you MUST carry full WFRA kit list https://sites.google.com/site/welshfra/information-for-runners/advice-and-guidance  for the whole race. Anyone crossing the finish line not carrying the full kit will be disqualified. 

Parking and start are at The Crown, Pantygelli. Please car share to ease the strain on parking space and to limit our impact on the environment.
