Directions to the Inn can be found here. Because the Inn is a long walk from Virginia Commonwealth University, driving is probably preferable, but not necessarily required. Conference attendees without cars likely will be able to get rides from those with them (myself included).

To make a reservation at the Group Rate, please follow these instructions:

1. Go to the Reservations Page. 

2. Select your Arrival and Departure Dates and Number of Adults.

3. Enter the following Access Code for your Group to view your discounted rate: "VCUPhil15".

4. Click on Search for Availability and Pricing.

5. Select the appropriate Room Type.

6. Complete Reservation Form including Contact and Payment Information.

7. Click on Cancellation Policy check-box and submit the Reservation Form.

All conference events will be on the VCU Monroe Park Campus (not the MCV Campus). Our conference venue on both days is the University Student Commons (907 Floyd Ave., Richmond, VA 23284).

On Friday, we will be in the Commonwealth Ballrooms. On Saturday, we will be in the Richmond Salons.

The closest parking deck is the West Main Street Parking Deck (801 W. Main St., Richmond, VA 23284).The second closest is the West Cary St. Parking Deck (1201 W. Cary St.).

The cost for parking varies with the time a vehicle is parked. The maximum daily charge is $10. You take a ticket as you enter and you pay as you exit.
