TAX EXEMPT TICKETS

You should always have access to a Tax Exempt price type
Tax Exempt patrons must present proof of Tax Exempt status to receive this rate. This can be provided in person at the Tulsa PAC or by emailing TicketOffice@TulsaPAC.com
Proof of Tax Exempt status is not required if previously provided, as long as we have added the Tax Exempt Memo to their account

How to add a Tax Exempt Memo to an account:

Go into the account
Click the Contacts Management Header under the Navigation Bar
Click the Memos Tab
Click Add Memo Button (bottom right)
Select Tax Exempt from the Quick Fill drop-down
Necessary fields will be populated with Tax Exempt information
Click Apply, then Click OK.
Dollar - Red Box symbol will show on main account information box.

Once a tax exempt memo is added to an account, it will be displayed prominently at the top of the account Next to Alerts:

Removing sales tax from discounted tickets (senior, student, promo code, etc.)

ADVANCE SALES: If a manager is available, we can set this up on the fly when requested. It will take a few minutes.

Otherwise, take down their information and we will call them back as soon as possible.

J/Z/C: Add TP Tax Exempt: discounted (_XD) ticket type to the event.

SHOWTIME SALES: If time permits and a manager is available, we can set this up on the fly when requested. It will take a few minutes.

Otherwise, sell the tickets at the regular Tax Exempt rate. Be sure to put the tickets in the purchaser's account (confirm contact info is correct) and let them know that a manager will correct the order on the next business day. If we have any questions about refunding the taxed amount, we will contact them using the phone number on their account.

J/Z/C: Add TP Tax Exempt: correction (_XC) ticket type to the event and Re-Price the tickets as needed (Change Price Code (PC)).
