Top left: Write LAST NAME, FIRST NAME
Top right: Write the number 2 (for renewal type) and circle it; Write the DATE
Account Info: Verify/Update account info as needed
Verify Seats: Make sure the seats on the form match the seats in the account
Highlight: Any unique instructions or requests on the form.
Add Memo: Navigation Bar > Contact Management > Memos Tab
Click Add Memo button (lower right corner of page)
Quick Fill: Select renewal option that includes how the renewal was received.
Add notes in the Comments area if necessary.
Click Apply to save or OK to save and close out of the Memo window.
Search Season by Patron's account number.
Season tickets are in the "Reserved Seats" tab. (Navigation Bar > Seats > Reserved Seats Tab)
Check Questions tab for patrons who filled out renewal online to see seat renewal requests.
(Navigation Bar > Contact Management > Questions Tab)
Click on the Seat Map (ISM) to view seating availability.
Seats can be moved between 5 to 7 rows forward from where they're currently located.
Reserve similar or better seats if available.
Make sure original seats and new seats are reserved in the account. (Reserved Seats Tab)
*Add seats to the existing season order if keeping same seats + ADDITIONALS.
New seats can be held for 2 business days, then released if not confirmed. Refer to "Calling Patrons" section below.
Call each patron to go over seating options/requests.
Confirm seats if patron is reached.
Leave a voice message when necessary.
When final season seats are confirmed, delete seats that are no longer needed within order. (Reserved Seats Tab)
Pay off the order (when we start paying off Option 2 Renewals)
