👂 Hearing Devices 🦻 FOR PATRONS WHO ARE DEAF/HARD OF HEARING, FAITH HAUGH!
The Tulsa Performing Arts Center utilizes an RF receiver from Listen Technologies. Devices are free to use and available at coat check with a valid ID.
Each receiver is checked out with a neck loop Lanyard that is designed to hold the receiver like a necklace, and an attached pair of headphones. If the patron prefers, they may bring their own headphones.
The neck loop Lanyard can be used as the induction loop for those users who have T-coil enabled hearing aids or cochlear implants, inducing the received audio directly into these T-coil enabled devices.
The headphones attach to the neck loop using a short connection cable that plugs directly into a 3.5mm headset jack on the lanyard.
The device has two buttons that a patron will interact with – Volume Up and Volume Down. They are shown where these buttons are when they check out the device. The device is on when it is checked out, and will only turn off when it is put back onto the charger or the power button is held down for 3 seconds.
* Note: If a show is not using microphones, these hearing devices will not work. It's usually smaller shows in the Doenges that will not use mics. Loop in an event manager when in doubt.
Homeschool Students/Teachers
Homeschool students/teachers do not require school IDs to receive student/teacher discounts. Just take their word for it.
🎟️ House Seats 🎟️
Reminder: House seats are an exciting and deserved perk for working at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center. Whenever possible, you are encouraged to take advantage of going to shows here at the PAC. That being said, house seats are not guaranteed -- and not a valid conflict.
Please do not include going to shows at the PAC in your schedule conflicts. You are welcome to make a note that you prefer to be off if possible, but there are no guarantees. Thank you!

🦮 Service Animals 🐕🦺
Under the ADA, a service animal is a dog that has been individually trained to perform tasks or do work for the benefit of a person with a disability. The tasks or work the animal does must be directly related to the person's disability.
Oklahoma law applies only to guide, signal, or service dogs who assist those who are blind, deaf or hard of hearing, or otherwise physically disabled. A service dog must be individually trained to a physically disabled person's requirements. The law doesn't apply to other types of animals, nor to dogs who assist those with other types of disabilities, such as psychiatric or other mental disabilities (e.g. emotional support dogs).
Tulsa PAC vs. Ticketmaster
I'm trying to make things as clear as possible for you guys because I know it's confusing. Even though we are "powered by Ticketmaster," as D. Rickel says, think of TPAC and Ticketmaster as two separate entities.
Tulsa PAC
This is us. 🙂
www.tulsapac.com continues to be our website and the website we should refer everyone to.
Everything we sell — and every discount available — will be available through www.tulsapac.com
Ticketmaster provides our ticketing software and that's why people will see some Ticketmaster branding while buying tickets online.
Any tickets sold through the Tulsa PAC (online, phone, in person) will show up in www.tulsapac.com accounts.
Ticketmaster
This is a global ticketing platform and not our dedicated website.
www.ticketmaster.com will eventually sell tickets for our biggest shows.
Even though it's an official outlet for our tickets now, think of it as a more independent — and more limited — purchasing option.
Ticketmaster sells basic, full-priced tickets. All discounts may not be available on www.ticketmaster.com
Any tickets sold through Ticketmaster directly will show up on www.ticketmaster.com and the Ticketmaster app.
Important to know: We cannot provide customer service on tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.
Volunteering at the TPAC
There's an exciting new Volunteering section on TulsaPAC.com. When people inquire about volunteering, please refer them to this page: https://tulsapac.com/volunteering
🚨 Wheelchairs (emergency use only) ♿
The Tulsa PAC does NOT provide wheelchairs for patron use.
Wheelchairs in the building are for EMERGENCY USE ONLY.
For questions about wheelchairs and their use, please refer patrons to on-site Event Management or Tosha Faith at tfaith@tulsapac.com / 918-596-7126.
