WE NO LONGER SELL GIFT CERTIFICATES! 

Perhaps a patron can buy a generic Visa gift card and enclose a nice PAC brochure or show-themed card instead. 

 We can still redeem old gift certificates, but it's a lil' messy! 

• If the gift certificate was purchased in the recipient's account: They should have an account credit that can be applied in the cart.

• If the gift certificate was purchased in the giver's account: We need to release, refund as a Gift Certificate payment type, and then apply that same amount in the cart of the recipient's order, again using the Gift Certificate payment type.

You'll probably just want to summon a manager on these for the time being...
