Locate the order that needs to be exchanged and confirm it's something we should be exchanging:
We can only exchange tickets for a different performance of the same show
We do NOT exchange tickets for shows that have passed (typically)
We do NOT exchange tickets sold directly through other offices (e.g. Celebrity Attractions media comps, Chamber Music Tulsa season tickets, Tulsa Ballet season/group/comp tickets, Tulsa Opera season tickets, Tulsa Symphony season tickets)
We do NOT exchange tickets purchased directly from Ticketmaster.com or the Ticketmaster app
Make note of the Price Code (PC) of the order, as you'll want to use this Price Code for the new tickets:
NOTE: The first letter in the Price Code (PC) indicates the Price Level (A, B, C, etc). Which means that the first letter of the Price Code can be different and not cause issues. It may just result in an upgrade that requires additional payment or a nonrefundable downgrade.
Leave the Detailed Customer window open with the order to be exchanged highlighted
Open the ISM for the performance they'd like to exchange to, and select the seats
Select the matching Price Code (PC), except for possibly the first character as discussed above
Click the Add to Cart button
Click back over into the Detailed Customer window, where you should still have the order being exchanged highlighted
Click Exchange button at the bottom of the window
In the Exchange pop-up window, click the Shopping Cart button
In the Shopping Cart (via Exchange) window, click the Exchange button
Back in the Exchange window, you should see both the "Seats to be Exchanged (old seats)" and the "Seats to be Exchanged to (new seats)" side by side
Click the Exchange button
In the Exchange/Upgrade window, click the Yes button
In the final Buy window, click the Buy button to complete the exchange
