Season Renewal Processing
Remember: Our top priority is to assist patrons in person and by phone. Processing season orders is secondary to this basic duty.
If there are season orders to process, please work on them until 4:00 p.m. Balance your drawer before filing processed order forms. You may wrap up your phone to file if we are not busy and someone else is at an open window.
If you are in the middle of processing a season renewal and a patron comes to your window or calls, you may ask them to please hold for a moment while you finish with the order you are processing.
FAQ
I AM A CURRENT BROADWAY SEASON TICKET HOLDER. HOW DO I RENEW?
You will receive renewal information (electronically and by mail) from Celebrity Attractions. You can renew on their website (www.CelebrityAttractions.com) or by bringing/mailing/faxing your renewal form to the Tulsa PAC box office.
NOTE: We can process Option 1 Renewals (no changes) over the phone now. Patrons should confirm no seating/contact info changes before taking payment over the phone. No renewal form is necessary, but please note the order appropriately within Archtics.
I DON'T HAVE BROADWAY SEASON TICKETS. HOW DO I PURCHASE?
You should register to receive emails on www.CelebrityAttractions.com to get Season Ticket updates. You will be notified when you can fill out a New Subscriber Form online to get in the queue for season tickets. You will be contacted by the box office with your seating options before you are charged.
I DON'T WANT THE ENTIRE SEASON. HOW DO I PURCHASE [insert show here] BY ITSELF?
We do not have single ticket on-sale dates at this time. Single tickets are generally available six to eight weeks prior to each show. You should register to receive emails on www.CelebrityAttractions.com for on-sale announcements and pre-sale opportunities.

WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION LETTER/EMAIL WHEN I PAY FOR MY SEASON TICKETS?
A payment conformation email should be sent to their email address in their account.
PLEASE DO NOT ACCIDENTALLY PRINT THEIR TICKETS.
WHEN WILL MY SEASON TICKETS BE MAILED?
To Be Determined by Celebrity. Tickets will become available in their account online once paid. If season tickets are mailed they should expect to receive them late Summer - July or August.
Season Renewal Processing: Online - Phone - In Person
Season Renewals in Account Manager (www.tulsapac.com - www.celebrityattractions.com)
Patrons can Login to their account to renew and pay for their season tickets. No matter the option they're choosing
Once logged in, a prompt should appear to "Renew Now" for the 26-27 season
Subscribers are redirected to their Broadway Season Invoice in their account
The Invoice Summary will show: Type of season
Seating location
Number of seats
Total amount due
The Subscriber will click Continue to move on to Step #2: To Answer Renewal Questions
They'll either click OK, or click on the up and down arrows to navigate through each question
Once questions are submitted online and show as "Complete" their answers cannot be changed!
All online questions are recorded in the patron's account in Archtics. Ticket Office staff can view and change renewal answers in the patron's account under Contact Management > Questions Tab
Payment is required online after renewal questions are complete. Payments plans are NOT ALLOWED online
Ticket Office staff will process online Renewal Options - 2s and 3s at a later date
Season Renewals in Person / by Phone
Option 1
You can process these orders over the phone now
Locate the patron's account
Confirm their phone number, email address, and mailing address
Add a memo in the patron's account with the appropriate renewal type
Find their 26-27 Celebrity reservation in the Reserved Seats tab in their account
*Confirm their seats are correct for the upcoming season
Move the reserved seat to the cart, and accept payment
Patrons will receive an automatic payment confirmation email in 15 to 20 minutes
Option 2 & 3
Currently, these are only accepted:
Online (see email from Celebrity Attractions or simply log in on www.TulsaPAC.com)
Renewal Form - Will ONLY be sent out mid-April for patrons who have not renewed by then
After a patron renews online/via form, the box office will contact them about seating change options within 2 months
