Ticket Office needs documented statement from Season account holder - Fax, Email, Mail, In Person, turned in with renewal form.
No Seats transfers should be made over the phone.
Exceptions to seat transfer protocol must be approved by a manager.
Release the tickets from the current account holder's season ticket order.
Add Memo and notes explaining the transfer.
If necessary - Create a new account for the patron who the tickets will be transferred to. Otherwise their information should be in our ticketing system.
Make sure patrons contact info is current: Name - Address - Phone Number - Email Address
Transfer season tickets to new account holder.
Add Memo and notes to the new account holder's order explaining the transfer.
Mark form as an RNT (Not Renewing)
Label Form: First Name, Last Name, Date
Add Notes: Type, 4 - Cancel Subscription
Tickets will be Released by management at a later date
Label Form: First Name, Last Name, Date
Check to see if Patron is in our ticketing system. If not create an account for them.
Write account and order number on the form.
Search for appropriate season date/time according to the Patron's New Subscriber form.
Reserve seats - File - Then Payoff season once seats are confirmed.
