The Ticket Office needs a documented statement from Season account holder confirming the transfer of season tickets By: Fax, Email, Mail, In Person. No Seats transfers should be made over the phone
Make a note of the Season ticket day, time, and seating location to be transferred. Release the ticket(s) from the current account
Next in Contact Management - Add Memo and detailed notes in the Comments area explaining the transfer
For the patron who will take ownership of the season ticket(s); search for their account
*If necessary - Create a new account for the patron who will now be the account holder for the season tickets
Make sure contact info is current: Name - Address - Phone Number - Email Address
Reserve or Checkout season tickets to new account holder's account
In Contact Management - Add Memo and detailed notes in the Comments area explaining the transfer.
Exceptions to seat transfer protocol must be approved by a manager.
Mark form as an RNT (Not Renewing)
Label Form: First Name, Last Name, Date
Add Memo: Quick Fill: CA4: Cancel Season - In person, Mail or Phone
*Include notes in the Comments field if neccessary
Tickets will be Released by management at a later date
Label Form: First Name, Last Name, Date
Check to see if Patron has an account in our ticketing system. If not create an account.
Write account number on the form.
Search for appropriate season date & time according to the Patron's New Subscriber form.
Reserve seats - File in "New Subscribers" basket
When it's time to process New Subscriber forms - Payoff season once seats are confirmed.
