When I try to update or add an email address, I can't.
A pop-up screen appears showing that the email address is in a Consolidated Account.
How Do I Proceed to Change an Email Address For a Consolidated Account?
Delete The Consolidated Account Email Through Support Access
In the account - Under the Navigation Bar
Click Name
Click the Name Tab - This Tab may already be selected since it's the first Tab
Toward the bottom of the screen look at the PIN/Password area
If the words: CONSOLIDATED ACCOUNT are shown you will need to troubleshoot to unlink the email.
To troubleshoot and unlink the email Click on the "Support Access" Button.
Once the Support Access Button is selected this message will appear:
"You'll Need a New App to Open This Remote." You do not have to click OK
Minimize your Archtics window a new window for Support Access will open in an internet browser giving you troubleshooting access
FYI - You may need to set Pop-Ups to Allow if you're not able to get into the Support Access window.
In the Support Access Window - Click on the Consolidated and Linked Accounts title bar. The bar will expand to show the email address and the Revoke Button
To the right of the screen - Click Revoke: Meaning that the Consolidated email will be unlinked from the account in Archtics
Make sure "Yes, unlink account" is selected
Click Submit - Then close the Support Access window.
The email is now unlinked
Go back into Archtics
In Archtics the account window should still be opened - Click OK to SAVE and close out of the account. This will reset/refresh your changes
After clicking OK to SAVE and close out of the account - Go back into the account to now add/update the email address
In the account under the Navigation Bar
Click Name
Click Phone/Email Tab
Click in Email area of screen
FYI - By clicking in the Email area of the screen: Buttons "Add Email" and "Delete Email" will show in lower right corner of screen.
You can type the current email address in the box area that shows the old email address. Or you can add a new email box by clicking "Add Email" in the lower right corner of the screen
After the email is updated or added - Select Email Type
Check Box under the word Primary to set the current Email as the Primary
If another email address is in the account that's no longer in use, Delete it by clicking "Delete Email"
Click Apply to Save
FYI - Make sure that the correct email is saved and listed as the
Primary for the account.
Tell patron to login at www.tulsapac.com (Account Manager) at their earliest convenience to sync their tulsapac.com email login to their Archtics account email.
Patron will have to reset password
What is a Consolidated Account?
A Consolidated Account:
is an account that has been verified through Account Manager: (www.tulsapac.com) and through Ticketmaster: (www.ticketmaster.com). The account holder has verified their email address and phone number for both accounts and they match.
How Do I Search for an Email Address
in Archtics?
Search For Email By Looking Up The Account
Click Find Acct
Use the Search Bar under the Account/Name Search Criteria
Search by the patron name (last name, first name) only, or by the account number only
If the patron is in the ticketing system, the results of the Search will load patron name(s) and contact information towards the bottom of the Find Customer window
The email address will show in the white space towards the bottom of the Find Customer window
TIP - You can use the gray scroll bar in the middle of the Find Customer window to scroll over to where the email address header is to check the email.
FYI - There's also the possibility that the patron's account does NOT have an email address. You can add an email address in the account.
Once the account results load - Double-Click the patron's information or click the Details button in the lower right corner of window. The patron's account will appear in a new window
Once in the account - The email will show next to the words - "Email Addr:" in the light blue header towards the top of the account page
You can also use the Navigation Bar - Click Name - Then click the Phone/Email Tab to view what email address/addresses are in the account
TIP - Search for account information by the email address using this format in the Account/Name Search Criteria Search Box:
Type on the keyboard - The slash "/" symbol in the search bar
Next to the the slash - Type the letter "e"
Then hit the space bar to create a space
Last type in the email address
So that in the Search Bar it looks like this: /e genericemail@gmail.com
FYI - This will confirm if the email is already being used in an account, or if there is no account tied to the email address.
You Can Also Search By The Typing In An Email Address In Advanced Criteria
Using "Advanced Criteria" type the email address in the Email field
Make sure all other fields are blank
Then click Search at the bottom of window
See if any account information shows in the Find Customer window
How Do I Add an Email Address
to a NEW Account?
Check To See If The Patron Is Already In Our System
Click Find Acct
Use the Search Bar under the Account/Name Search Criteria
Search for the patron's name (last name, first name)
If No Record Or Account Is Found Create An Account - Then Add Email
Click the Find Acct. Icon
Click "New Account" in lower right corner of window
For the Category, ACTIVE should already be selected - Then Click OK
Account Pop-Up window will appear
Type in necessary account info (address, phone number, etc.)
Add Email in Email field - Specify Email Type
Click Apply or OK to SAVE and the new account will open in a new window
Set the email address as the Primary
To do this - Under the Navigation Bar - Click Name - Select Phone/Email Tab. In the email field of the window - Check the box under the word Primary
Click Apply to SAVE and keep the window open, or Click OK to SAVE and close out of the window
Tell patron to login at www.tulsapac.com (Account Manager) at their earliest convenience to sync their tulsapac.com email login to their Archtics account email.

In The Account Under The Navigation Bar
Click Name
Click on Phone/Email Tab
In the Phone/Email Tab the Email field should be
at the bottom area of the screen
Click anywhere in the Email field so that the Buttons:
"Add Email" and "Delete Email" appear
Click "Add Email" in Email field - Specify Email Type
Set the email address as the Primary
Click Apply to SAVE and keep window open
Or Click OK to SAVE and close out of account
FYI - An account can have more than one email address listed. Delete old emails if necessary. Make sure to check (☑) the appropriate email address as the Primary.

Can I Delete an Email Address?
Yes.
In The Account Under The Navigation Bar

Look to see which email address/addresses are listed in the account
Click anywhere in the Email field so that the Buttons:
"Add Email" and "Delete Email" appear
If there are multiple email addresses shown, verify which email is correct/current. For the email address in the account that is going to be used Select an Email Type. Make sure to check the box under the word Primary to set the correct/current email as the Primary email for the account
Delete the old, un-used email address/addresses as needed by:
Selecting the email to be deleted by clicking on it. To the left of the email, a gray arrow will point to the email address that's selected to make necessary changes
Then click the "Delete Email" Button in the lower right corner of screen
Click Apply to Save
