🗽NYC Experience Deposit Payments
We are selling the 2026 Tulsa PAC NYC Experience through Account Manager (aka our online sales flow), and groups will be getting an email with the purchase link. Right now, the "event" is not listed on our publicly on our site. If you get a call from someone that would like to buy though, please sell them "tickets" to the "NYC 2026 Initial Payment" event. The initial payment is $500 per person and the rest of the balance due will be billed later.
ATC (American Theatre Company) Upcoming Changes in 2026
This year's production of A Christmas Carol will still perform as planned this December.
Scaled back season performances will resume in 2026 for these performances and dates:
"Dear Jack, Dear Louise" - February 8th, 2026
"Les Liaisons Dangereuses" - April 18th, 2026
The performances above will be held at WOMPA - 3306 Charles Page Blvd. Tulsa, OK 74127
Season tickets will still be honored for the 2 performances listed above.

LaFortune Studio ADD-ON Update
For the foreseeable future for Celebrity Attractions events only - Luminary Members will have access to the LaFortune Studio.
Add-On LaFortune Studio events are no longer going to take place.
LaFortune Studio hours: OPEN - 90 minutes before a Broadway/Celebrity Event and also OPEN - During Intermission
LaFortune Studio access for Luminaries is a part of their Membership, but does NOT include free drinks, and/or refreshments.
Be prepared for changes to this as the season and year progress.

PLEASE BE AWARE: This has caused an uptick in calls from third-party sellers. Tell them their "friend/family member/etc." has to pick up the tickets at the box office under the name the tickets were purchased under. We do not provide additional customer service on these orders.

Be Careful with Price Codes!
Pay extra attention when selecting - Season, PreSale, and Season Subscriber PreSale price codes for Celebrity Broadway performances.
Ask a Manager or a fellow co-worker if you need assistance.
Here's a breakdown of how to select the right price code for Exchanging/Adding Single Tickets and Broadway Season Tickets:
Generally, the second letter of each Price Code stands for the way a ticket is sold/purchased.
For Example - The second letter of a Price Code:
I = Internet
S = Season
T = Telephone
W = Window and/or Walkup
X = Can be either Tax Exempt, Phone, Walkup or Web Presale
Another way to make sure that you’re selecting the right Price Code is to PAY ATTENTION to the description in parenthesis next to the Price Code
(Refer to an ISM: Seat Map & Filter by Price Level)
For Example: BIPS (TP PreSale Subscriber)
The first letter “B” stands for the Price Level or Price Code
The second letter “I” stands for Internet
The third letter “P” stands for PreSale
The fourth letter “S” stands for Subscriber
For Broadway Season Subscribers
When you’re Exchanging Broadway Season tickets in an account
You’ll make sure to select a Season Price Codes, such as: AS, BS, CS, DS, AS4, BS4 (4-Show Package) etc. Check what the patron already has in their account against what you’re exchanging their season tickets to.
Reminder for Season Price Codes: The 1st letter is the Price Code (Level) the second letter “S” stands for season.
When you’re Adding Broadway Single tickets to a season subscriber account
You’ll make sure to select a PreSale Subscriber (PS) or Subscriber PreSale (PS)
Price Codes, such as: BIPS, BWPS, BTPS, etc.
When in doubt if you select a single ticket PreSale Price Code by mistake and sell it to a Season Subscriber it is not the end of the world. The Subscriber may have paid more for their ticket(s) as single ticket PreSale prices are likely to be more than PreSale Season Subscriber tickets.
For Non-Subscribers: Individual Tickets - PreSale and On Sale to the General Public
When you’re Exchanging Single tickets in an account
Make sure to select a Single Ticket Price Code, such as: BT (TP Phone), BWA (TP Walkup Cash/Check), BWC (TP Walkup Credit Card), etc.
When you’re Adding Single tickets to an account
You’ll make sure to select a Single PreSale Ticket Price Code, such as: BX1 (TP PreSale Phone 2),
BX2 (TP PreSale Walkup 2), BX3 (TP Web Presale 2), etc.

Cast/Crew Vouchers for Theatre Tulsa
There are cast/crew vouchers for free tickets out in the wild
Reminder #1: Always ask if the patron's voucher says it's for a complimentary ticket or a discounted ticket
Reminder #2: The regular ol' season vouchers are dead and gone, replaced with a revolutionary membership program (more info here)
Check Yo' Checks
Make sure that the written portion of checks matches the numerical amount. Peep the wonderful example below.😉
If the written amount doesn't match, it turns the transaction into an ordeal, is the best way to summarize. No Bueno! We have to reach out to the patron to get a new check written out correctly, or they can pay another way (i.e. Cash/Card).

Student Rush for Celebrity Attractions events
Even though CA will continue advertising Rush tix as being available one hour prior, they have given us approval to sell when we open two hours prior! Woooo!
Reminder: Teachers can purchase 2 Student Rush tix with their ID.
Reminder #2: We do not need to see an ID for homeschool teachers/students. Just take their word for it.
Voucher/FlexTix reservation reminder
Reminder that tickets with a $0.00 ticket value (season vouchers, other vouchers, flex tix, etc.) should never be mailed.
Please set these orders to Will Call.
Patrons must turn in their vouchers to us in person before we give them the tickets.
