Our top priority is to assist patrons who are here in person. Our second priority is helping patrons over the phone. Our third priority is processing season renewals.
You may set your phone to Reject or Unavailable if you receive a call while helping a patron at your window, but please set back to Available immediately after your window transaction has concluded.
If for any other reason you need to set to Reject or Unavailable, be sure to communicate the reason with your coworkers.
Confirm date, time, and seating location after all transactions. This will save us all from later headaches!
