Log In - Using a Cell Phone
Using a Web browser, type in: www.tulsapac.com web address to go directly to our website.
Press MENU upper right corner of cell phone screen
Press LOGIN
Sign In/Create Account page will appear
NEW options to Sign/Log In:
Use same email and password for both Tulsa PAC and Ticketmaster account.
Tulsa PAC Ticket Holder - Use existing email to sign in and update password if prompted.
New Account - Use Ticketmaster email and password. OR use current email address, setup new password. For new accounts, Verification of email and cell phone number will prompt with verification codes.
Tickets - Using a Cell Phone
Access and Download tickets digitally using a Cell Phone at tulsapac.com (Follow Log In - Using a Cell Phone instructions above)
Once logged into Account:
Go To – My Events, located towards the top of the webpage. Events will be listed.
Press "View Event Details", located next to the Event Title
Seats will be under "My Safe Tix"
Press small arrow to the right of each seat location
Tickets will appear with barcode. Patrons can technically use the barcodes to scan in, but they will have to have Wi-Fi access
to login to their account and to scan their tickets.
Or they can tap the icon instructions on the ticket barcode screen to download tickets to a:
Google Wallet (For Android users) or Apple Wallet (For iPhone users).
iPhone – Add tickets from ticket barcode screen to Apple Wallet. Once tickets are added to wallet, Bar Codes are no longer present.
A Ticket Graphic will appear in Apple wallet, and can be scanned for theatre admittance.
Android – Add tickets from ticket barcode screen to Google Wallet. Once tickets are added to wallet, Bar Codes are present.
The ticket(s) will show up in Google Wallet to be scanned for theatre admittance.
Log In - On a Computer
Using a Web browser, type in: www.tulsapac.com web address to go directly to our website.
Click LOGIN upper right corner of webpage
Sign In/Create Account Page will appear

Once logged in - Tickets can be viewed by clicking on "My Events" towards the top of the web page. However, tickets cannot be downloaded from a desktop or laptop computer, an iPad, or any other type of device other than a cell phone.
Login and Online Ticketing Housekeeping Information
Transfers are no longer enabled and cannot be completed online through our website. If someone wants to let someone else use their tickets, the person using them will need to request physical ticket copies in person, under the account name.
No ID is required unless there is an issue with the tickets.
Tickets are not emailed. No PDF tickets. Tickets can be accessed via logging into an account at tulsapac.com
and can be accessed by adding tickets to a Google or Apple Wallet.
A New Way to Sign in Error Message - This should be taken care of by now, but if this error is still popping up for patrons,
check the email address in their account in Archtics. Update as needed.
Terms of Use Window
When logging in to our website, sometimes the Terms of Use window will appear for patrons who may not have logged in before and/or have not accepted the terms.
The Patron can accept the Terms of Use online by logging into www.tulsapac.com
OR
*You can go ahead and accept the Terms of Use for the Patron*
Use Support Access to do this. Instructions below.
In Archtics, in the Account go to the Name Tab, select Support Access
A new window in your default browser will appear for Support Access
In Support Access - Scroll down and select Advanced Functions
In Advanced Functions - Click the Access Button in the Support Access field.
You'll be transferred to the Patron's online account through TulsaPAC.com/Account Manager. Which is where you want to be.
Under the Terms of Use header - Where the word Ticketmaster is underlined you or the patron will need to scroll from top to bottom on the first page of text
Then press the words Terms of Use next to the word Ticketmaster, then press "Disagree" or "Agree"
Once completed, access to their account and tickets will be allowed
