Acts 17:26 New King James Version (NKJV)
26 And He has made from one [a]blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their preappointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings
John 1:11-1311He came unto his own, and his own received him not. 12But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

The people of Israel(the 10 lost tribes or disbursed Israelite) had been scattered abroad among all nations on account of their Apostasy-in earlier ages of the east and subsequently, in the west also, but now Jews and proselytes from all these countries assemble at Jerusalem(in Acts) and were permitted to be eye witnesses of the operations of the Holy Spirit: these were a pledge that the grace of God in Christ was designed for all nations, countries and tongues. It was precisely the dispersion of the Jews among all the nations of the world that opened a pathway for the passage of the gospel from the people of God to the Gentiles.
Remember disbursed Israelite's were merged with all the Gentiles of the world. When they got saved the part of them that was Gentile was saved it was never about race. Abraham and Sarah were from Ur and it was a Gentile city and they were Gentiles. God gave Abraham and his descendants a faith in the one true God.. He did not change their DNA. Gentiles were heathen nations. Abraham became known as a Hevrew meaning to cross over. Abraham's descendant Jacob had his name changed to Israel and his descentants were known as Israelite's. They had the same blood. Abraham was promised a great ( goyim ) nation. Goyim means Gentile.
