Sold in trays of 6 tarts. Purchase only 1 tray for $12. Two or more trays for $10 per tray for each individual order line on the form.
Orders due by Tues. April 7th, 2026. Give order form to any member of the Squadron Sponsoring Committee.
Delivery on May 5th. (Subject to Change). All orders must be picked up on the delivery date in the gym at the West Middlesex Memorial Centre, Strathroy, during cadet training. We do NOT deliver and will not store them for you.
Choose From: Plain, Pecan, Raisin, Raspberry Coconut, Salted Caramel, and/or a VarietyPack (2 plain/2 raisin/2 pecan).

Butter tarts are a classic Canadian dessert, cherished for their flaky crust and gooey filling. Popular across a variety of occasions, these little beauties come in a plethora of unique flavors, including pecan, plain, raisin, raspberry coconut, and salted caramel. A variety pack is 2 plain/2 raisin/2 pecan. There’s something inherently nostalgic about butter tarts that evokes memories of home and warmth. These comfort foods often remind us of family gatherings and celebrations.
Our butter tart fund raiser campaign runs from Mar. 3 to Apr. 7, 2026. Our SSC will be placing the order shortly after that. If you have any questions then please contact James Blackmore.

Rachel's Butter Tarts possess a best-before date of 2-3 weeks. They also freeze exceptionally well.
Rachel's Butter Tarts are made at a CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) certified facility in Trenton Ontario.

cash, with the completed order form(s), on a Tuesday Training night OR
a cheque, payable to "3 Striker Air Cadets SSC" (please put cadet's name & "tarts" on memo line) OR
an eTransfer to 3strikersquadron.payment@gmail.com (please put cadets full name & "tarts" on memo line)

Orders are due by April 7th. Order is placed on, or before, 12th so absolutly no orders accepted after Apr. 10. Expected delivery is May 5th, 2026 at WMMC gym. Cadets/Parents pick up anytime between 7pm and 9pm. Just it time for Mother's Day. Cadets please bring boxes to carry your trays home.

Orders for ONLY individuals living in, or near Strathroy, that can pick up their order in May. We DO NOT ship, or deliver, anywhere. Cadets will receive this form at Training.
Download and Print. This is not an enterable PDF. Remember: Each row is an order for someone. If there are 2 or more trays ordered then the price is $10 per tray. If there is only 1 tray ordered on a row then the total is $12. Payment must be included with the order form. If one or more rows are paid by eTransfer then indicate that. If the name on the order does not match the name on the corresponding eTransfer then please tell us who is paying in the margin. It is NOT necessary to make a payment for each row. It is acceptable to pay the Grand Total for the whole form.
