Annual Review

Upon the completion of the training year the squadron holds an Annual Ceremonial Review to display their accomplishments. This event usually happens over one full day, typically a Saturday. There is a squadron practice at the facilities in the morning and then the actual parade in the afternoon. The squadron has an opportunity to show their band and drill team displays. The cadets also team up to put together a number of static displays, photos and videos, demonstrations and awards. This event honours cadets who have put forth a full effort throughout the year with various Awards and presentations.

See our squadron Calendar in May or June for the date and location.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS/PHONE/EMAIL

If you are returning next September but over the summer you change your email address, or your phone number changes, then send an email to the squadron so we can change the distribution list. We don't want to miss you when the reminder memos go out before the first parade in September. [Contact Us

GRADUATING CADETS

Congratulations graduates and good luck in your post secondary school endeavors. Please return your issued kit to the Supply Officer. Ensure the uniform is clean. See the Supply page on this site for a list of items in the kit. Please remove and keep your name tag, rank slip-ons, wings, ribbons, pins, badges, ranks, levels and medals. Do Not remove the cap badge from the wedge. Check on the inside of your wedge and remove any pins, if any. If you have one of the squadron lanyards then we need that back as well. If you no longer have a need for your boot polishing stuff and would like to donate it to the squadron then please see the Supply Officer. If you are going to be living in the Strathroy area next year then perhaps you would like to return to #3 in the Fall as a Volunteer or Instructor. See the CO for more details. When you leave or age-out of Cadets, make sure to ask for a copy of your Cadet Personnel Record. You never know if you will need it in the future and it makes for a great keepsake!
