Introductory flights are available for $150.
Due to aircraft limitations, we are unable to provide introductory flights to persons who weigh more than 250 lbs. Also, tall pilots (taller than 6’) may find the small glider cockpits somewhat cramped.

We will respond to your email and we typically start the scheduling process Thursday evening. We will then get back in touch with you Thursday evening or Friday to coordinate an introductory flight for the upcoming weekend, weather permitting.
If you would like to visit and are not yet sure you want to take a ride, we would love to have you as a guest at our field, but we typically have a set flying schedule and it may not be possible to arrange for both an available glider and a commercial pilot if your ride is not booked in advance. It is best, therefore, to book in advance.
Groups
Because we are not a commercial ride operation, members have priority on our flying schedule. As a result, it can be challenging to arrange for flights for even small groups. As an example, we may have 3-4 open spots during a flying day, but one spot may be at 10am and the next slot may not be open until perhaps 1 oclock or 2:30. Arranging for 2 people to fly in sequential time slots isn’t typically too difficult, but it’s almost impossible to arrange for 4 people to fly in a small overall time span. Our gliders only seat one passenger, so we do not have any capacity to take 2 guests on the same flight. Our schedule does vary considerably week to week so sometimes it just happens that things might work out, but we don’t want to set the expectation that we’re able to handle groups, when it’s not typically the case.
