Excavations at Uaimh na Spideioge continue apace. More than a few buckets of mud and boulder or two have been shifted over the course of half a dozen recent digging sessions, resulting in a minor speleological epiphany on Saturday (Jan 7^th). A blast of a draft through a wee void between boulders and clay in the floor has been revealed, amongst which it is just about possible to drop stones into the unexplored abyss and distant boom beyond – beautiful....roll on next weekend!
