Gaelan Eliffe, Stephen Macnamara, 6 hours
Bruce's Pot looked like a full trip, so Gaelan and I decided to head to Prod's on the day after the annual dinner. On a previous trip, I had spotted a tube about 4 metres above the stream in Papist Passage, and it looked like a suitable option for a late start.
Gaelan was itching to do some aid climbing, so I rigged the pitches. We first went upstream to the end of Cascade Inlet, getting completely soaked (((partly because I forgot the tube was in Papist))) - but it was fun anyway.
Then on to Papist where we quickly refound the tube, about 200 metres in on the right hand wall. Gaelan kitted up and I belayed. Not much to say really, he got to the top and it didn't go. Worth a try.
Stephen.
