SCOD Urban Developments
SCOD Urban Design Theory includes Cities, Towns, & Suburbs. SCOD adapts random existing urban constructs into SCOD designs, which become 'SCOD-mod'. SCOD also redefines new urban designs to be less dense per development, and protects more wilderness within hive-condo villages, than denser conventional urban settings. SCOD urban developments are a direct response to the 'sick city' syndrome, and all the pervasive lame housing development 'planning and design' profiteering forced on traditionally agricultural rural counties around the country.
