Appalachian Mountain Militia

aka Appalatian Mountain Malitia (yes spelled ebonix rap style)

Underground Rap band founded by Rapper John Brown CODIAK in Harpers Ferry, WV (tristate DC metro area). Members include JB CODIAK, A-Rob, and MC (Mac) Hatfield; as well as any others 'down with gettin down'. While AMM uses mainly hip-hop beats and rap vocals, the fact that they are willing to experiment with techno, metal, folk, etc... breaks through contemporary racial and cultural barriers; creating a whole new way to co-exist with sound. Styles include hip-hop, trap, and experimental.
