Tektronix 454 Oscilloscope

I'm looking to re-home my working Tektronix 454 Oscilloscope to a deserving Ham who likes to collect vintage test gear. If you know of a candidate please put me in touch.

Original owner, excellent condition, lightly used & all functions work. Comes with 12 Volt power cord & owner's manual. This radio has the optional Collins filter installed. The R-30 is renowned as a MW DX receiver. Only nit is the built in speaker is not great. Much better sound using an outboard speaker or headphones. This is common with these radios.

Asking $375. Tony - N6DXX, Sacramento. 916-427-6749

Wanted: CB Radios

Looking for older 23 and 40 channel “chicken band” radios that are either broken or not operating correctly. I’m embarking on learning radio trouble shooting and repair and these 11 meter radios are the best platforms to start on. Looking for earlier models, any make. If you have one or more sitting in a box, getting dusty on a shelf or just plain taking up space that you would like to reclaim, I’d be happy to take it off your hands.

Thanks and 73, Andy (916) 742-9810

Electronics Stores in Sacramento

Don't know if everyone is aware of this, but there is another source of (some) electronic components and tools available at: Sacramento Electronics. They don't have a lot of stock, but it is open to the public if you want to just look around. Gert and I used to purchase our tools there when we were working. Gert and I visited Ali's Surplus Stuff new store front at 9203 Folsom Blvd Ste. B, Sacramento, CA 95826 , much more organized, but seems to be less stuff.
