Ostrichs are the offspring of humans and and aarakocra. They are taller and lighter than normal humans. The wings they inherit from their aarakocran ancestors are short and nearly useless. They extend from the shoulder blades, like those of an Angel, but are usually no more than 2 feet long and end with clawed hands, which can grasp, but because of their position are not very useful.
