(subject to approval) At the time of the first council, the humans were represented, among others, by Lady Ferrenold. She was a wizened and regal noblewoman whose family territory included the areas that are today the Barony of Liefen and the Provence of Tilbury. She was known for dealing harshly with her political opponents, was merciless against those who threatened her family borders, and had no love for the dwarves and halflings that tried to settle in human lands..
When the call came for the council to be formed, there was no doubt among the humans that she would be part of the delegation to represent them. The human population knew that, when sent, she would bring home the bacon no matter what it took.
Once at council, she plied her trade of political intrigue with great zeal. There were whispers that several murders concurrent with the council meetings were somehow tied to her, but nothing was proven.
