Shrine of Ishtar

A set of wooden doors on the eastern wall of the Chapel of the Well provide entry into the Chapel of Ishtar, known as the Holy of Holies. This section of the Temple of Isis is dedicated to the element of Aether. The "Rite of Rebirth" is corresponded to the Shrine of Ishtar.

on the chair, left. The white figures on the altar were created by David Durdin-Robertson.

On the wall on either side of this shrine, hang paintings by Anna Curry, daughter of Lawrence

and Pamela Durdin-Robertson.
