Castle Lawn and Garden

View of the Castle from the Lawn, notice

View of Lawn and Fountain standing near Portico of Persephone

The pathways on the castle lawn seen from the balcony of the castle.

This balcony lies above the Portico of Persephone. You can see

the statue of Atalanta just above the railing.

The Lawn has four pathways that lead to different parts of the grounds.

The entry way to the Wilderness lies straight ahead, leading away from the castle.

Turning directly behind at this point, the path takes one back toward the castle.

The views from the other two pathways look nearly identical from this

position. One leads to the fountain and the other to an ancient statue.

The Belvedere, built by Lawrence Durdin-Robertson and his son David Durdin-Robertson on the

castle grounds at the outskirts of the area known as "The Wilderness".

Where the pathway ends, stands this ancient statue
