Mounting the Morph - Topeak makes other pump mounts, such as the ones I have that fit under the water bottle cage. My Morph fits in them. The original mount is definitely sub-optimal. PerformanceBike sells a behind the water cage mount for $2. It fits the Mountain morph perfectly but it's a little big for the road morph so you have to use 2 velcro straps. Rav also makes the same mount for about $4 and can be ordered through any LBS.

I just called Topeak Customer Service and told them I needed a mount for the Road Morph that would allow it to be attached to the water cage and the agent asked for my address and said he would send one out free.

There is a mount that will work with the Road Morph that will let you piggyback with a water bottle... see my pics for more info. You will have to call Topeak to get it. US distributor is Todson: 800-213-4561

I just got back from Performance and they have a mount that fits the road morph and holds it sideways, mounting under your water bottle, but holding it off to the side. It's not specifically for the Road Morph (It's for a Hurricane something) but it's the same size, and it's only $2.

Make sure you get a velcro strap to secure it however (I've use those and a similar one made by Blackburn). Without the strap, the pump can go walkabout...not a got thing ;)

I just got back from Performance, where I picked up the last cage/pump mount in stock. It is a bracket that goes underneath the bottle cage and mounts the pump to the side. A couple of things: I had to use the longer bottle screws that came with the pump mount; the existing screws were too short in light of the space taken by the pump mount underneath the cage. The mount is a whisper too large for the Road Morph, so you must secure it with a velcro strap. I used the strap that came with the Road Morph mount. I threaded it between the cage and the pump mount and then wrapped it around the pump. I just went for a ride, and the pump was held securely.
