Shift housing:
Jagwire LEX-SL, 5 mm
This is Jagwire's best standard shift cable housing. Linear strands of steel are used to encircle the Slick-Lube Liner creating a compressionless ring. This delivers responsive, precise shifting. 5 mm housing is more durable and has more room for the inner wire to slide smoothly even if contaminated with dirt, compared to standard 4 mm shift housing.
Shifter Cable:
Jagwire KEB-SL Elite Ultra-Slick, highly polished stainless steel.
Brakes
Brake Calipers:
Avid BB7. Easy to adjust mechanical/cable actuated disc brakes. Super durable with plenty of stopping power.
Rotors/Disks:
SRAM Centerline 203 mm front rear, 6 bolt. Bigger disks for more power and better cooling.
Brake Cables: Jagwire KEB-SL Elite Ultra-Slick. These highly polished stainless steel cables offer the ultimate in low-friction, smooth performance.
Brake Cable Housing: Jagwire KEB-SL, Pro Compressionless brake housing. Linear strand, Kevlar® reinforced, compressionless brake housing with Slick-Lube liner. This is the same great housing we use on all of our bikes that come with mechanical brakes because it gives an extremely smooth and solid feel at the lever with more stopping power.
Wheels
Rims: Jones Spec. 50 mm wide, double wall, 36 hole, eyeleted, 6061-T6 aluminum with bead lock to keeps the tire on the rim even at low pressures. Tubeless ready. Anodized black.
Front Hub: Jones Spec. 36 hole, 150 mm x 15 mm thru axle hub with sealed cartridge bearings. Canted flanges angle the spokes in toward the spoke holes in the rim, and the wide and even flange spacing makes for an extremely strong and stiff wheel. Cutaways in the flanges and relief inside the hub keep weight to a minimum, making this the perfect center for a super stiff, super strong wheel.
Rear Hub: Jones Spec. HD/e 36 hole, 148 mm x 12 mm Boost hub. Sealed cartridge bearings. Black. Like the front hub, this is a simple, durable hub. The axle and Shimano HG driver body are both made from chromoly steel for maximum stiffness and durability. The 4 freehub pawls and the ratchet teeth are larger than what’s found in most hubs adding to the overall strength. Canted flanges angle the spokes in toward the spoke holes in the rim, and the wide flange spacing makes for an extremely strong and stiff wheel. Cutaways in the flanges keep weight to a minimum. 4 sealed cartridge bearings. 6-bolt disk brake pattern.
Front Thru Axle: Aluminum 150 mm x 15 mm front thru axle bolt. 181 mm x 15 mm, M15 x 1.50 thread pitch. Uses a 6 mm hex wrench. Simple, reliable, light, and low profile.
Rear Thru Axle: Aluminum 148 mm x 12 mm rear thru axle bolt. 171 mm x 12 mm, M12 x 1.75 thread pitch. Uses a 6 mm hex wrench. Simple, reliable, light, and low profile.

For a bike with a 1203 mm wheelbase and 508mm chainstays, with a Box Two Prime chain, do I need a 126L or 144L?
You should choose the 144L (144-link) version of the Box Two Prime 9 Chain. With an exceptionally long 508 mm chainstay and a 1203 mm wheelbase, your bike falls directly into the category of cargo, long-wheelbase, or e-bikes. Because the Box Prime 9 system pairs with a massive 50-tooth rear cog, a standard 126L chain will leave you with little to no margin for error—especially if your front chainring is larger than 34 teeth or if your bike has rear suspension that causes chain growth. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Why the 144L is the Right Choice
A math breakdown of the standard bicycle chain sizing formula highlights why 126 links is too risky: [1, 2]
\(\text{Required\ Links}=2\times \left(\frac{\text{Chainstay\ Length}}{12.7}\right)+\frac{F}{2}+\frac{R}{2}+\text{Extra\ Links}\)
Given your 508 mm chainstay and the Prime 9's 50T largest rear cog: [1]
With a 32T chainring: Sizing requires ~123 to 125 links.
With a 36T chainring: Sizing requires ~125 to 127 links.
Suspension Compression: If your bike is a full-suspension model, the rear axle moves away from the bottom bracket as it compresses. This "chain growth" demands a few extra links to prevent tearing the derailleur off in the easiest gear. [1, 2]
Buying the 144L chain allows you to manually wrap the chain around your largest cog and chainring, account for suspension movement, and safely cut it down to the exact custom link count your frame needs. [1, 2]
To give you the exact final link count to cut down to, could you tell me:
What is the number of teeth on your front chainring? (e.g., 32T, 36T, 38T)
Is your bike a hardtail or a full-suspension model?

Front chainring is 34T. Cassette is 11-50T. Hardtail.
Based on your 34T front chainring, 11-50T cassette, and hardtail frame, you are right on the absolute razor's edge of a standard chain length. The math shows that you will need between 124 and 126 links:
The Formula: 2 × (508 mm / 12.7) + (34/2) + (50/2) = 122 links (base requirement).
Adding the Overlap: Standard 1x drivetrain sizing requires adding 2 to 4 links when wrapping the chain tightly around the largest cog and chainring (bypassing the derailleur). This brings your exact setup to 124 or 126 links.
Recommendation: Stick with the 144L
You should still buy the 144L version.
Because a 126L chain gives you exactly 0 to 2 links of wiggle room, any variance in your frame’s geometry, sliding dropouts, or an aggressive derailleur b-gap setting could leave a 126L chain a single link too short. If it's even slightly short, shifting into the 50T cog can rip your derailleur clean off.
Buying the 144L ensures you have plenty of stock to manually wrap the drivetrain, find the perfect tension, and cleanly cut it down to your exact 124 or 126 link sweet spot.
