The Super Duty (SD) rack is the top recommendation for fendered bikes, thanks to its optional Wheel Chock that adds an additional contact point at the rear of the front tire and allows a lower spool position to fit under rear fenders.
We also cover solutions for Quick Rack (QR), Heavy Duty (HD), and Equip'D (EQ) models, including the use of Wheel Savers, Fender Cushions, and Velcro Straps to ensure a secure fit without damaging the fenders.

Will 1Up Bike Rack Fit Draw Tite Hitch of 2008 Subaru Outback Wagon
Hey Derek, the Draw Tite hitch part # 75560 that you referenced will work great with your 1Up bike rack and is also a fit for your 2008 Subaru Outback Wagon. The hitch tube is definitely long enough for your rack and it has an open back so you wouldn't have to worry about it not being able to set far enough into the hitch.
